Santis Health is a consultancy dedicated to providing value-added strategic advisory services to clients within the Canadian healthcare sector.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Policy Coordinator to join our team in Toronto or Ottawa.

The successful candidate will work closely with our management consulting team to provide administrative and consulting-related activities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a wide range of client projects and deliverables
  • Conducting research and drafting deliverables
  • Supporting the execution of stakeholder maps and engagement plans
  • Developing project management plans and coordinating meetings
  • Providing administrative and logistical support to the team

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education is required
  • Project Management experience or certification is highly desired
  • 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of public policy and politics in Ontario and across Canada

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong research skills
