About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher Coordinator to join our team at Skytech Oilfield Transportation. As a key member of our logistics operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods and personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure that all work records and logs are up-to-date and accurate, including vehicle operator work records and shipment tracking.
  • Monitor Workloads and Locations: Keep track of personnel workloads and locations, and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions and support as needed.
  • Assist with Maintenance and Repair: Assist with the maintenance and repair of communications equipment and vehicles, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Dispatch Personnel and Vehicles: Dispatch personnel and vehicles according to schedules and work orders, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Relocation and Travel: Willing to relocate and travel as needed to support the needs of the company.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer
  • Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
