Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at New Minas Irving Big Stop. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service quality in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Take customer orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present bills to customers and process payments in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Supervise a team of 11-15 staff members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail. You will be working in a team environment and will be required to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.

What We Offer
  • Permanent full-time position.
