Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Dozer Operator to join our team at Leading Edge Earthworks. As a Dozer Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, including dozers, graders, and excavators, to perform various earthmoving tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate heavy equipment, including dozers, graders, and excavators, to perform earthmoving tasks such as excavation, grading, and backfilling.
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Measure distance, volume, length, and weight to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
- Understand and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to plan methods or sequences of operation.
- Perform minor repairs to equipment and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
