Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

Leading Edge Earthworks is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as dozers, graders, and excavators to perform various tasks related to earthworks and construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete tasks such as excavation, grading, and hauling.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
