Job Overview

As a Sales Consultant at EMCO Corporation, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury showroom. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting the perfect products for their needs, while ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers, ensuring they find the perfect solutions for their needs.
  • Sales Growth: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our premium products.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with designers, home builders, and architects to drive profitable sales.
  • Order Management: Enter orders and quotes in our system, ensuring accurate and timely delivery dates.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve customer issues, addressing short payments and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Display and Promotions: Drive showroom sales through effective display and promotion of our products.
  • Safety and Compliance: Understand and follow all safety regulations at customer locations and within our showroom.
Requirements
  • Education: Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; college and/or university degree an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a luxury or high-end sales environment.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of luxury products, including kitchen and bath design trends.
  • Software: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
Preferred Skills
  • Previous experience with or knowledge of luxury products sold in the plumbing, kitchen, or bathroom showrooms.
  • Experience using Trend and Eclipse software.
