Position Overview
What is the opportunity?
As a representative of RBC within our branches, your primary focus will be on client satisfaction and addressing their unique requirements. You will promote the RBC brand while facilitating new client onboarding and enhancing existing client relationships. If you possess the drive to provide outstanding customer service and are eager to assist clients in utilizing our digital tools, you can pave the way for a rewarding career as a future Account Manager or Banking Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
- Engage proactively with clients in the branch, ensuring an exceptional service experience by completing transactions and identifying opportunities for advice, solutions, digital engagement, and partner referrals.
- Emphasize education and demonstration, utilizing technology to create a memorable client experience, drive solutions, and retain business.
- Contribute to team success by actively listening and identifying opportunities to provide additional advice, introduce clients to RBC partner capabilities, or personally fulfill client needs.
- Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners to function as a cohesive RBC team.
- Manage risks by adhering to compliance protocols, processes, and controls to safeguard client and shareholder interests during transactions.

- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in digital tools across various devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, laptops).
- Flexibility to work varied hours.

- Confidence in grasping financial concepts and a readiness to pursue relevant certifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- A proven history of establishing rapport and maintaining client relationships in the financial, service, or retail sectors.
