Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at CTL Cornwall Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to maintain efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of menu development, kitchen management, and staff leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification an asset.
