Job Title: Territory Manager

Fire Safety and Protection LLC is seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to oversee our Markham branch and lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality fire and life safety solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of technicians, project managers, and administrative staff.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth within the assigned territory.
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the fire and life safety industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm, sprinkler, security, and access control systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
