Job Title: Territory Manager

Fire Safety and Protection LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Manager to lead our Markham branch and oversee a team of professionals in delivering high-quality fire and life safety solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians, project managers, and administrative staff to ensure the successful execution of projects and the delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth within the assigned territory, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, providing technical support and guidance as needed.
  • Oversee the execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and monitoring project profitability to optimize financial performance.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of fire alarm, sprinkler, security, and access control systems and technologies, staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as fire safety, engineering, or business.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the fire and life safety industry, with a focus on sales, operations, or project management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm, sprinkler, security, and access control systems, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
