Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Coordinator to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing engineering documents and supporting the Document Control Workstream.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with engineering leads to distribute, archive, organize, and track procedures and engineering documents.
  • Support the project team in coordinating activities with external stakeholders, including the project-selected engineering design firm and the project construction firm.
  • Manage document control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain document control procedures and guidelines.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and distributing meeting minutes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Document Controller/Project Administrator in an industrial construction project environment.
  • Experience managing engineering documents within a project in the $10-20 million CAD range.
  • Excellent computer skills, including SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, Word, PP).
  • Strong administration experience, including scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and developing presentations.
  • Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and experience working with or familiarity with B360 or CAD technologies (ie. AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit, Revizto).
