About the Role

As a Senior Analyst in Advisory and Assurance, you will play a pivotal role in executing the audit strategy for our financial services division. You will collaborate with various stakeholders on significant regulatory, operational, and strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities, including regulatory audits, process enhancement, data analysis, risk assessments, and special consulting projects as directed by senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the planning, execution, and reporting of multiple high-priority Assurance and Advisory projects, focusing on governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate meetings with senior executives to discuss audit findings and recommendations.
  • Develop actionable Management Action Plans in collaboration with business units to address identified issues and promote continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of the audit plan.
  • Conduct research on emerging trends and best practices in risk management and auditing.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and reports that clearly communicate audit results and insights.
  • Champion initiatives that enhance service quality, including industry benchmarking and thought leadership.
  • Manage client relationships effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with evolving business needs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Over 3 years of experience in financial services, including internal/external auditing or management consulting.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and frameworks, particularly those related to financial institutions.
  • Professional designations such as CPA, CIA, or MBA are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to present to senior management.
