Position Summary

As a Senior Analyst in Advisory and Assurance, you will take charge of executing the audit strategy for President's Choice Financial. Your role will involve engaging with diverse stakeholders on critical regulatory, operational, and strategic matters. Responsibilities will include conducting audits, optimizing processes, and assessing risks and controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the planning, execution, and reporting of multiple high-priority assurance engagements.
  • Facilitate meetings with senior executives and management to discuss audit findings.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for senior management.
  • Collaborate with business units to develop actionable management plans addressing audit findings.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Ensure timely and budget-compliant execution of the audit plan.
  • Research emerging issues and best practices in risk assessment and auditing.
  • Deliver visually engaging presentations and reports to stakeholders.
  • Promote initiatives that enhance service quality and client engagement.
  • Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or internal/external auditing.
  • Experience with regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks.
  • Professional designations such as CPA, CIA, or MBA are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on risk and control environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
