Position Overview

The Construction Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and managerial skills to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present budget estimates for construction projects
  • Recruit, hire, and manage staff and volunteers
  • Supervise subcontractors and their activities
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress throughout
  • Draft contracts and negotiate terms, revisions, and changes
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings
  • Manage project budgets effectively
  • Oversee procurement of building materials and land
  • Implement quality control measures
  • Formulate risk management strategies
  • Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports
  • Organize and direct daily operations
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing a team of 5-10 individuals.
