Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Apple Hotel Group. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting and decorating projects on our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of painters and decorators, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards and make recommendations for improvement.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site, and that all necessary precautions are taken to prevent accidents.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Work under pressure, overtime required.
