Position Overview

The Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. This role involves managing a team and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present budget estimates for construction projects
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff and volunteers
  • Oversee subcontractor activities and ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Develop and manage construction schedules and monitor project milestones
  • Negotiate contracts and manage changes to agreements
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Manage project budgets effectively
  • Direct procurement of materials and land
  • Implement quality control measures
  • Formulate risk management strategies
  • Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports
  • Organize and supervise daily operations
Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a team of 5-10 personnel.
