Job Title: Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to join our team at Apple Hotel Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements, and read blueprint, schemas and drawings.
  • Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control programs, develop risk management plans, and oversee the analysis of data and information.
  • Team Management: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, and supervise a team of 5-10 people.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, team player, and accountability
Work Environment:
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, large caseload, and overtime required

  • Accountability: You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, and you must be able to take ownership of your work.
