Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Apple Hotel Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our painting crew, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of painters and decorators, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to safety protocols.
- Estimate costs and materials for painting projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
- Train and mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
