About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Editor Team at BioRender. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our product and ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with company goals

  • Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to help them grow in their careers

Requirements:

  • 11+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field

  • Strong technical skills and expertise in software development
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
