**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Strescon Limited. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement project plans, including budget analysis, subcontracting, scope reviews, and requisitions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, including scheduling, drawing submittals, and material delivery.
  • Manage project progress, submitting monthly claims and approving invoices, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and cost control.
  • Identify and resolve key issues in a timely manner, providing leadership and guidance to staff as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients to meet their requirements, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

**Requirements**

  • Post-secondary education or technical background, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in project coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience reading drawings an asset.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
