The Opportunity

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure timely delivery, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
  • Conduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports and status updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

Requirements

  • College diploma or higher education in a relevant field.
  • 2-7 years of work experience in project management within a relevant industrial sector.
  • Training or qualifications in project management is an asset.
  • Experience in working within a Quality Assurance program is an asset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
