Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily sales reconciliation and verify transactions
  • Document special deposits within the financial system
  • Audit insurance contribution statements
  • Monitor activities related to non-unionized employee retirement plans
  • Assist the director with email correspondence, postal mail, and meeting arrangements
  • Engage in inventory management for perishable goods and grocery items
  • Reconcile billing statements and credit notes
  • Procure uniforms and office supplies
  • Validate various reports in collaboration with department managers
  • Compose detailed reports
  • Execute additional related duties as assigned
  • May be required to assist in various departments within the organization

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable position
  • Experience in the retail sector is essential
