Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide general office support functions, assist department personnel as needed, and perform related duties as required or assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process various data entries and reconcile data within various platforms to ensure data accuracy.
  • Manage employee files, including data entries, filing, and follow-ups.
  • Provide superior customer service to all employees and management, responding to their questions in a timely manner.
  • Write and coordinate various communications, including newsletters and internal memos.
  • Manage employee leaves, including data entries, follow-ups, and coordination with external vendors.
  • Coordinate and support various projects and department efforts, as well as internal events.
Requirements:
  • Fluently bilingual, English and French.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills.
  • Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.
