Student Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Student Services Technician to join our Financial Aid Department at Scottsdale Community College.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to students and parents, assisting with financial aid processes and answering questions regarding Title IV and non-Title IV forms of financial assistance.
- Assist with various reports and perform clerical duties to support the administration of financial aid programs.
- Prepare and distribute information, prepare routine correspondence, and perform other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent and excellent communication skills. Experience providing customer service and using computer and web-based technology is highly desirable.
