Job Summary

Scottsdale Community College (SCC) is seeking two full-time Student Services Specialists to provide support services for Admissions, Records, and Registration. The successful candidates will be responsible for reviewing and responding to requests via various channels, including in-person, online, and phone. Key duties include admissions processing, residency and lawful presence classifications, registration, and related records processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff
  • Process and evaluate transcripts, monitor reports, and create/update department documents as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of student services
  • Stay up-to-date with college policies, procedures, and regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A physical presence on campus is required to best serve students, departments, and the college.
