Student Services Coordinator

Scottsdale Community College (SCC) is seeking two full-time Student Services Specialists to provide support services for Admissions, Records, and Registration. The successful candidates will be responsible for reviewing and responding to requests via various channels, including in-person, online, and phone. Key duties include admissions processing, residency and lawful presence classifications, registration, and other related records processing.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff
- Process and evaluate transcripts, monitor reports, and create and update department documents as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of student services
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports
- Stay up-to-date with college policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to student success and a physical presence on campus are essential.
