Homes contribute significantly to carbon emissions, which can be substantially mitigated through the adoption of heat pumps. However, the current uptake is hindered by high costs and complexities in the retrofitting process.

Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and passionate licensed electricians eager to contribute to an innovative company that aims to combat climate change by transforming the residential HVAC sector.

As part of our inaugural installation team, you will leverage your extensive residential installation experience to help us develop and refine processes that will be implemented nationwide.


Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair residential electric heat pump systems.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Diagnose electrical issues and carry out necessary repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
- Adhere to electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Test electrical systems for optimal functionality and efficiency.


Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an electrician or in a similar capacity.
- FSR designation is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong familiarity with power and hand tools used in electrical work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and precision in work.
- Physical stamina for manual labor tasks.
- Valid driver's license required.

$45.00-$55.00 per hour
