Job Title: Industrial Electrician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our Maintenance team at Skretting. As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on electrical and mechanical installations and equipment to ensure the optimal running of production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repair work on electrical and mechanical installations and equipment
  • Install, test, and troubleshoot electrical and electronic control systems
  • Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records
  • Work with colleagues to complete jobs of more extensive and complex nature
  • Supervise technicians of third parties as needed

Requirements:

  • Completion of Electrical apprenticeship (Red Seal)
  • Certified in Canada
  • Minimum two years' experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to operate under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to communicate and deal with various stakeholders with tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Adaptable to a flexible work style and willingness to assist other functions where needed
  • Proficient to read, write and communicate in English

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $40.00-$50.00 per hour
