Bakery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at Boxcar Donuts Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of our high-quality baked goods, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of taste, texture, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Product Development: Develop and implement new recipes and product lines to stay ahead of the competition and meet customer demands.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of skilled bakers and pastry chefs to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to produce high-quality products.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our products meet our high standards.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or pastry shop.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for baking and customer service.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Client Focus: Ability to provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to meet deadlines and commitments.
