Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
- Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to meet customer orders
- Prepare special cuts of meat and standard cuts of meat
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Remove bones from meat and weigh meats for sale
- Cut poultry into parts and price meat products
- Sell meats to customers and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a butcher shop or supermarket/grocery store
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Client focus, dependability, and flexibility
Our butcher shop is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work closely with our team to provide excellent customer service and meet the needs of our customers.
What We Offer- Permanent full-time position
- 30 to 45 hours per week
- English language required
