We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team at ABRISHAM HALAL MEAT & GROCERY. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for sale, as well as providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Cut and trim meats to prepare for processing or cutting
- Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters
- Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Remove bones from meat
- Weigh meats for sale
- Cut poultry into parts
- Price meat products
- Sell meats to customers
- Grind meats
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
