Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at AIMS 3 HOLDINGS INC. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for our retail and wholesale customers.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting
- Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to meet customer specifications
- Wrap and package prepared meats for distribution
- Train and supervise other meat cutters to ensure high-quality products
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products to meet customer demands
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
- Manage the operations of package handling to meet customer needs
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in meat cutting or a related field
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work a 30-40 hour workweek
