Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Dust and maintain furniture and fixtures.
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered items.
  • Make beds and change linens to ensure guest comfort.
  • Distribute fresh towels and toiletries to guest rooms.
  • Organize and stock the linen closet efficiently.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including elevators.
  • Manage lost and found items responsibly.
  • Respond to guest requests for additional supplies or information.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and debris.
  • Launder clothing and household linens as needed.
  • Address any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism.
Work Environment
  • Must be able to handle heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Regular walking is required throughout the shift.

  • Capable of lifting items weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
