Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed
- Team Leadership
- Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and that customers feel valued
- Suppliers and Logistics
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Ensure that all deliveries are received and stored in a timely and efficient manner
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and activity
- Stand for extended periods and be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Education
- College or CEGEP diploma
- Experience
- At least 1 month of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
