About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Advisor to join our dynamic team at Bottega Veneta Canada Inc. in Vancouver. As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by developing strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service, and making product recommendations.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques, such as cross-selling and upselling, to maximize sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and follow-up to ensure their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including new collections and brand initiatives, to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, store maintenance, and other tasks as required to ensure a high level of customer service and store appearance.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
