As a Luxury Retail Sales Consultant, You Will:

  • Recommend, select, and assist customers in locating or obtaining merchandise tailored to their needs
  • Maintain familiarity with store inventory to provide customers with the best product knowledge
  • Consistently greet customers and inform them about current promotions
  • Encourage repeat business by building relationships with customers and promoting the Saks credit card
  • Efficiently and accurately process sales transactions using the POS system while adhering to checkout standards
  • Resolve customer issues by aligning with our core values of trust, integrity, and respect
  • Achieve individual and store objectives for sales, customer acquisition, and loyalty program participation
  • Participate in the upkeep of the selling floor and fitting rooms, including re-sizing fixtures, organizing returns, executing markdowns, and updating signage as needed
  • Complete markdown processes with urgency and accuracy in line with company standards
  • Engage in store programs and selling events
  • Ensure merchandise displays comply with brand standards
  • Adhere to Asset Protection protocols and compliance procedures
  • Support the store's loss prevention initiatives through reporting methods provided by the company
  • Efficiently complete tasks or special projects assigned by store leadership
