About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Moulding Store. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Clients

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and directing them to the relevant service areas.

Providing Information and Assistance

You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information to clients and the public, answering their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Scheduling and Confirming Appointments

You will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments with clients, ensuring that all necessary details are accurate and up-to-date.

Handling Payments and Transactions

You will be responsible for receiving and issuing payments, as well as handling other financial transactions as required.

Answering Phones and Relaying Messages

You will be responsible for answering phones and relaying messages to the relevant team members, ensuring that all communications are handled efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this role.

Experience

While experience is not necessary, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Security and Safety

You will be required to undergo a basic security clearance check.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.

Personal Suitability

You will be required to possess efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, and a team player attitude.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
