Job Title: Customer Service Agent

BC LTD (Awesome Cuts) is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and maintain contact with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our services and products.
  • Arrange for refunds and credits as necessary.
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered to customers.
  • Issue receipts and other forms as required.
  • Perform general office duties as needed.
  • Receive payments from customers.
  • Sell merchandise to customers.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
Requirements:
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are necessary.
  • Organized and efficient interpersonal skills are required.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
  • Honesty and integrity are essential.
Experience:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
