About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Dietitian to join our team at Wholesome Kids Catering. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in educating and sharing knowledge related to pediatric nutrition with parents, customers, children, and our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nutrition-focused articles and healthy recipes for our website and social media platforms.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on nutritional questions and concerns from parents and customers.
  • Collaborate with our Menu Steering and Development Team to create a varied and nutrient-dense menu offering that meets the needs of growing children.
  • Assess the nutritional value of meals and snacks and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutritional science research and best practices related to nutrition in child care settings.
  • Participate in community and Trusted Partner events to represent Wholesome Kids Catering and share nutritional expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or equivalent from an accredited university.
  • Completion of a Dietitians of Canada accredited Dietetic Internship, or equivalent.
  • Member in good standing of the College of Dietitians of Ontario.
  • 5 years' experience in dietitian services, preferably with a pediatric focus.
