Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional application support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor application behavior and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Troubleshoot software issues reported by customers and provide solutions or escalate to senior support team members as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer contact and call ticket information within our database.
  • Develop and maintain procedural and diagnostic documentation to support the support team.
  • Participate in on-call duty on a rotating basis to ensure 24/7 support coverage.

Requirements

  • University or college degree in a computer science or technology program (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an application support environment.
  • Database experience, specifically with SQL Server.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Service-oriented and solution-driven mindset.

What We Offer

Descartes offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $50,000 CAD, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
