Car Wash Operations Manager

About the Role:

Sun Valley Co-op is seeking a skilled Car Wash Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Altona Auto Spa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the auto spa remains in excellent working condition, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a small team of car wash attendants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on all pumps, hoses, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Supervise and schedule car wash attendants, assigning duties as needed.
  • Work with suppliers to maintain an adequate stock of soaps and car wash products.
  • Perform interior and exterior housekeeping and maintenance duties.
  • Be available for on-call evenings and weekends, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • Previous experience in a mechanical environment and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
