Vehicle Cleaning Services Coordinator

**Job Summary**
Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Car Wash Supervisor at our Altona Auto Spa location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our car wash facility, providing exceptional customer service, and supervising a small team of car wash attendants.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
- Perform routine maintenance on all pumps, hoses, and equipment to ensure the auto spa stays in good working condition
- Clean and maintain our auto spa bays to meet high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Work with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of soaps and car wash products
- Supervise and schedule a small team of car wash attendants, including assigning duties and tasks
- Perform interior and exterior housekeeping and maintenance duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, on a rotating schedule
**Requirements**
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with customers
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a mechanical environment, preferably in a supervisory role
- Enthusiastic approach to work and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
