**Job Summary**

Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Car Wash Supervisor at our Altona Auto Spa location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our car wash facility, providing exceptional customer service, and supervising a small team of car wash attendants.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
  • Perform routine maintenance on all equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of car wash attendants, including scheduling and assignment of duties
  • Work with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of car wash products and supplies
  • Perform interior and exterior housekeeping and maintenance duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required

**Requirements**

  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with customers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Previous experience in a mechanical or automotive environment, with a strong understanding of car wash operations and equipment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team
  • Efficient and accurate in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail
