About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at PRF Mobile Washing. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our mobile washing fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to ensure our high standards are met.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Oversee the daily cleaning operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our cleaning standards are met and that our facilities are safe and clean.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services are required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of equipment.
  • Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties: Provide support to our cleaning team as needed, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our cleaning operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Work Environment

As a Cleaning Supervisor at PRF Mobile Washing, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel as part of your daily duties.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work in a noisy, odorous, and dusty environment, with exposure to all weather conditions.
  • Work Setting: Ability to work in a variety of settings, including office buildings, residential areas, and commercial buildings.
