Job Title: User Support Technician

ONTARIO INC. is seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support user troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions to improve user experience and system efficiency.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-6 months of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

The User Support Technician will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be able to work in a physically demanding environment and will be required to sit for extended periods.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The User Support Technician will work 30-45 hours per week.
