Job Title: Agile Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Business Analyst to join our team at Global Pharma Tek. As an Agile Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business value and delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify and document business needs, including the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Requirements Gathering: Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders, including users, developers, and product owners.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions that meet business needs and requirements.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Work with testing teams to ensure that solutions meet quality standards and are thoroughly tested before deployment.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, contractors, and technical experts, to ensure that business needs are met and solutions are delivered on time.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on Agile methodologies and digital product development.
  • Skills: Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, solution design, and testing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
