Senior Business Process Improvement Consultant

S.i. Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Process Improvement Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in improving health and safety culture within our department.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  1. Business Process Analysis: Utilize the Lean Six Sigma approach to analyze business functional requirements, identifying information, procedures, and decision flows to optimize our operations.
  2. Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, prototyping potential solutions and providing trade-off information for recommended courses of action.
  3. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our Health, Safety, and Environment Branch to develop and implement strategic plans to improve overall health and safety culture.
  4. Reporting and Analytics: Assist in the development of programs and implementation plans, including tracking and reporting tools, to enhance our health, safety, and environment performance reporting.

Requirements:

  1. Certifications: Possess PMP Certification and have knowledge of the following:
    1. Privacy Act
    2. Canada Labour Code Part II. Part 15
    3. Hazardous Occurrence Investigation, Recording, and Reporting (HOIR)
    4. Data Management and Reporting
  2. Education: Hold a University Degree
  3. Clearance: Possess Reliability Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of occupational injuries in the federal government, particularly incident and injury reporting.
