Role Overview

The Oppenheimer Private Client Group is dedicated to delivering exceptional financial advice and guidance to affluent clients in the local market. We are seeking a motivated individual to join a compact team, supporting a Financial Advisor in various capacities including sales, marketing, financial planning, and the daily operations of a flourishing wealth management practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adapt and learn to meet the diverse needs of client accounts, addressing day-to-day inquiries from both clients and advisors.
  • Quickly acquire knowledge of various account procedures to assist clients effectively.
  • Utilize research and technical support tools to enhance service delivery.
  • Generate high-quality analytical reports through various software applications.
  • Input client information into financial planning software, specifically Money Guide Pro.
  • Support marketing initiatives and assist in organizing client events.
  • Manage daily tasks, track project progress and deadlines, answer calls, take messages, and schedule appointments.
  • Facilitate the establishment of new client relationships by gathering necessary financial data and statements.
  • Collaborate with other support members within the organization.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate setting. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • The ability to perform efficiently under pressure, aligning client needs with tight timelines.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing both physical and digital files.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to keep clients informed about their portfolios and administrative matters.
  • A high level of proficiency with technology, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and the capability to quickly learn internal software systems.
