About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Financial Specialist to join our team at NBC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional mortgage credit advisory services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Residential Financing Strategies: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored financing solutions that meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with advisors, financial planners, and other experts to identify and develop credit opportunities.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Developments: Maintain knowledge of current standards, regulations, and financing solutions to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Provide Exceptional Client Experience: Deliver high-quality service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience, or college diploma and 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Business Development Experience: 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in financial services.
  • Teamwork and Communication Skills: Strong ability to work collaboratively with others and communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of Personal Banking Credit Solutions: Familiarity with personal banking credit solutions and ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
