Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with 3 years of relevant experience or a college diploma with 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Mutual Fund Representative (MFR) license (or ability to obtain certification within 3 months of hire).
  • Experience in customer service with a keen interest in business development.
  • Basic understanding of investment principles.
  • Experience in administrative support and processing investment, financing, and transaction products.
  • Proficient in IT tools and comfortable with digital platforms.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple requests simultaneously.
